If your child hates losing, gets embarrassed easily, or avoids trying new things because they’re scared to fail… this camp aims to change their life. Fun ’n Fit Academy teaches kids how to handle big emotions, communicate better, and build the confidence to try — even when something feels hard. Through fun competitions, fitness, and team challenges, we show kids that losing is not something to fear, it’s the most powerful way to grow. Imagine your child coming home calmer, braver, more encouraging, and proud of who they’re becoming. That’s the transformation we encourage.

This Winter Break, Fun ’n Fit Academy is hosting a powerful, game-based Leadership Camp designed to help kids grow physically, mentally, and emotionally. Through fun competitions, teamwork challenges, and daily fitness, kids will learn how to:

What to Expect
Fun ’n Fit Academy now offers a Junior Coach Leadership Track for teens ages 14 and older who want to take on real leadership responsibilities during camp.
Junior Coaches participate in camp with the younger groups but also receive guided leadership training and hands-on experience.
Junior Coaches Will Learn To:
Lead warm-ups and small-group activities
Mentor younger campers
Model healthy emotional behavior
Help kids process wins and losses
Communicate with clarity and confidence
Encourage kids who are struggling
Solve problems as a team
Assist staff with game setup and transitions
